Great Ajax Corp. (NYSE: AJX, “Great Ajax” or the “Company”) today announced it will complete its previously announced name change and rebrand to Rithm Property Trust Inc. on December 2, 2024. In conjunction with the rebrand, the Company’s common stock will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange at the market open on December 3, 2024, under the Company’s new name and new ticker symbol of “RPT”. This will replace the Company’s current ticker symbol, “AJX.” The CUSIP for the Company’s common stock will not change, and shareholders do not need to take any action as a result of the name change.
